Scott joined the City Auditor’s Office as a Staff Auditor in 2008. His projects have included several of the charter mandated quarterly audits of the City’s $2 billion cash and investments portfolio. Scott also assists with the City Auditor’s Fraud Hotline, which offers the public a forum for reporting misuse of City resources.
Scott graduated from Cal State University Fullerton with a Business Administration degree with a concentration in Accounting. He is currently a member of the Association of Local Government Auditors (ALGA) and the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).
