Sotheary Hul is a Senior Auditor, having served in the Office of the City Auditor since August 2007. She is an accounting graduate of California State University, Fullerton and has over six years of auditing experience, most of which has been in the government sector. Sotheary has worked on various audits including the Long Beach Development Services Cashiering Audit, Quarterly Cash Audits, and an audit of Proposition H funds for fiscal year 2008.
She is currently a member of the Association of Local Government Auditors (ALGA) and the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).
